Yahoo! - Bogeys and Bugs

Textpattern just released release candidate 4 for Version 1, a stable Version 1 should not be long after. It makes me wonder, however, what the let down may be like for some of the hard core troubleshooters who have spent so much time on the forums.
Its one thing to be around something in its formative stages, and another when it matures. Some will always yearn for the good old days.
There would have to be a point where sophistication would out-distance the reach of the majority.

Does anyone know if there is an actual, formal, correct spelling for boogers?

Ver 1 release candidate 2

  1. Bugger means to cause serious damage, harm or trouble to, amongst other things.

Is this the word you mean?

  2. No, I was thinking more along the lines of what many children refer to when describing things produced by the nose.

  3. Ah, here in the UK we call that a bogey, plural bogeys

  4. Bugger was the correct terminology. I’m also at a loss for how they put enough work in to jump from RC5 to 4.0 so quickly. Great work on their part.

  5. Bugger “is” not was, rather.
