If anyone can find a cancel button for this service, please direct me to it.

I am thirty days into this, and it is beginning to THUNK.


I am trying to cancel my service with. You need to stop charging my credit card.
XARA LTD 01442350000 CARD: 553010xxxx TRAN DATE: 10/25
This $1.00 charge happened 30 days after my first attempt to cancel by email.

This went to the support department – for support, right.
Anything unclear about this?

  1. In my experience support departments don’t usually deal with the money side. You may have to try and find a finance department :-(

  2. Found an admin email that was intended for this purpose. It took me bit to find it, but I think it was the one I used a month ago. I’m wondering if maybe these folks have been running on auto for a while.
